Current challenges might include life transitions, problem solving a difficult situation, or exploring new coping strategies. But sometimes, it is past painful memories that cause trouble in our lives. The extraordinarily good and hopeful news is that within each person is the ability for self-leadership and healing. Therapy just helps guide the journey. My scope of practice includes trauma recovery, reducing anxiety and depression, navigating life transitions, managing caregiver stress and parenting challenges, and supporting individuals with chronic illness and pain. I work with adults of any age (18-108 years old). It is a big deal that you are considering adding therapy to your life. It says a lot about you and your desire to REVEL life.
